Visual Studio 2010 Deployment Type 'Missing'

I was at this issue for half a day when the resolution was so simple!

I was trying to include an xap file with the module, but deployment type was missing.




So this was what I did,

Right click file, and click on Include In Project



Now deployment type appears!
